From chips to chocolate, we have extensive experience with factory automation and machine controls. We have done multiple controls upgrades on specilty process equipment including bottle filling process, chocolate bar sysems, chocolate truffle systems, Waffle making equipment, mixers, freezers, conveyance systems, and packaging equipment.
Other systems that we have worked with includes interfacing with MES and ERP systems, batch and process controls, temperature and humidity controls, SCADA, VFDs and motion control, CIP (clean in place), dryers, silos, scales, conveyors, material tracking, historical data and trending, operator verification and safety.
